Safety Guidelines

We know it is really great, amazing and refreshing to meet new people but at the same time you need to be careful and take steps to protect yourself.

Given below are some guidelines you might want to follow so that you will have better experiences, stay in charge, carefully protect yourself, and have fun.

  1. Stay on the Heylloz™ chat rather than your personal email/ phone number or social networking account, during early communication. You can switch to them later As your trust grows. Or if you want to cut off contact, they don’t have the means to harass you.
  2. Don’t  give out private information about your residence/office address or  your family members in early communication.
  3. Never ever respond to a request for money whatever sad story the other user gives. Immediately block that user  and Report the matter to us at
  4. Never give out bank account or other details such as debit/credit card pin. Always keep your bank account passwords and savings protected while meeting people online.
  5. Before agreeing to meet, Go Slow and steady when it comes to relationship. Wait until you get to know the other person or you feel comfortable.
  6. Meet at a public place where there are plenty of people around, like a restaurant, cafe, movie theatres or park, at a decent hour. So that if anytime you feel uncomfortable, there will be other people around who can help.
  7. Use your own transportation at least when you are meeting for the first time, so that in case conversation or meeting makes you uncomfortable you can walk away at any time without putting a stranger in control of your destination.
  8. Always share with someone from your family or your trusted friend where and when you are going and schedule time of back home. You might even consider giving them access to your location.
  9. Keep your cell phone fully charged and do not go outside your cell phone coverage.
  10. Finally trust your instincts about whether you feel other user is representing himself/herself truthfully or not.
  11. Block and report Particular users if you feel their profile are suspicious or if they have acted inappropriately toward you or in any way have violated the terms of use of Heylloz™. Reporting immediately not only protect yourself but other users too. You can report us by writing E-mail at
